This is an emergency relief fund- the fund DOES NOT pay current rent.

To qualify you must:

• MUST be a resident of Calloway County

• Be very specific in what you are requesting assistance for

• Must be AT LEAST 60 DAYS OR MORE past due on rent NOT COUNTING CURRENT MONTH

• Maximum rental assistance of $250

• Only one (1) award every 12 months

• ALL APPLICANTS RECEIVING FUNDS MUST ENROLL IN A FREE BUDGET COURSE

• Payments are made directly to the landlord.
